Kathy Roberts
Bankruptcy Paralegal | email
Kathy Roberts grew up in Maryland and knew from an
early age she wanted to be involved in the legal field.
Before going to college and continuing during her college
breaks and summer, Kathy worked for a Maryland judge
as a courtroom clerk.
Kathy attended college in North Carolina, moved to
Florida, and has been working for attorneys ever since.
In fact, Kathy Roberts started working with Larry Heinkel
as his main paralegal and at times his office manager
back in 1993!
Beginning in April 2000, Kathy went to work in-house
for the Office of the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee as
a business case analyst. That is how she honed her
expertise working with those chapter 13 clients who
own and operate businesses. Two years later, Kathy
returned to work with Larry and has worked with him
ever since. The knowledge and experience Kathy gained
from working with Laurie K. Weatherford, the Orlando
Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, makes her invaluable to
Larry and his clients.
In addition, Kathy has an active Florida mortgage
broker license and a Florida real estate sales associate
license. Those licenses can also help clients from
time to time.
